Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive – IT Sales to acquire new clients and manage existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling IT services, solutions, or staffing/consulting services, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT services, software solutions, or IT staffing.
Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Understand client requirements and propose customized IT solutions.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with technical, recruitment, and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare proposals, presentations, pricing, and contract negotiations.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and client data in CRM systems.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Participate in networking events, conferences, and client meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Account Executive or IT Sales professional.
Strong understanding of IT services, software, cloud solutions, or IT staffing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B IT sales or IT consulting/staffing sales.
Knowledge of US, EU, or global IT markets.
Existing client network or strong prospecting skills.
Experience selling SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or digital transformation solutions
